The place is very central, the facilities are in good condition and very clean. The serving staff is incredibly friendly (Yessica the receptionist). The restaurant starts serving very early and the food is delicious with a nice menu.

Excellent breakfast, very complete and pleasant attention. Location close to the beach, fifth avenue and Ko'ox diving center. Comfortable enough for when you're out and about for most of the day. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable and good for the price.

The location is very good. One block from 5th avenue which is ideal to avoid the noise of the night bars. It is at the other end of the ferries, vans and ado but you walk fast. Very spacious, quiet and new room.
